In short

Bali's plant medicine retreats run from yoga and meditation through to ceremony and detox — all of them legal, all rooted in Balinese practice, and all better matched to a person than to a brochure.

  • Led by practitioners from the community the practice belongs to
  • Ubud, Canggu and Uluwatu, each with a different character
  • We say plainly when a retreat is not the right fit

The eight retreats

Each one is a different way in. Start wherever your reason for coming sits, and we will adjust from there.

Healing

Sound healing, chakra balancing and reiki, in a setting built for stillness.

Yoga

Daily practice in Ubud and beyond, from gentle mornings to full immersions.

Meditation

Breathwork, guided stillness and silent sitting.

Spiritual

Ritual and ceremony for deep self-exploration.

Ceremonial

Preparation, ceremony and integration, held as one arc.

Detox

Plant-based and holistic programmes, food included.

Shamanic

Shamanic-style practice, guided by local practitioners.

Legal, and said out loud

Indonesia's drug laws are strict, and classic psychedelics are classified as narcotics. Reputable retreats in Bali do not advertise them, and neither do we.

What is on offer is legal and culturally grounded: yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing and traditional Balinese ritual. Some of it goes deep. None of it needs a euphemism.
